1. Nature of the Application

Clean Browser ("the Application," "we," "us," or "our") is a mobile web browser application for the Android operating system. The Application provides users with the ability to navigate to, view, and interact with websites and web content available on the public internet.

The Application is solely a tool for accessing web content. It is not a platform for hosting, distributing, or providing any media content, including but not limited to movies, television shows, music, videos, images, or any other copyrighted material.

2. Disclaimer of Content Responsibility

We hereby make the following explicit declarations:

• We do NOT host, upload, store, cache (on our servers), stream, distribute, or otherwise make available any video, audio, image, or other media content.
• We do NOT own, operate, control, or maintain any third-party websites or services that may be accessed through the Application.
• We do NOT curate, index, catalog, recommend, or provide links or directories to any third-party websites, streaming services, or media content.
• We do NOT have any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or business relationship with any third-party website, content provider, or streaming service that a user may choose to visit through the Application.
• We do NOT have any control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
• We do NOT facilitate, encourage, or condone the infringement of any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

3. DMCA Compliance (17 U.S.C. § 512)

While Clean Browser does not host, store, or distribute any content, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) to the extent applicable.

3.1 Designated DMCA Agent

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent thereof, and you believe that content accessible through a website visited via Clean Browser infringes upon your copyrights, please note:

• We do not host the infringing content. Any DMCA takedown notice regarding content hosted on third-party websites should be directed to the hosting provider, website operator, or domain registrar of the website in question — not to Clean Browser.

3.2 Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe the Application itself contains material that infringes your copyright, a proper DMCA takedown notice must include:

4. Ad-Blocking Disclaimer

Clean Browser includes an integrated ad-blocking feature that filters network requests and modifies web page presentation. This feature:

• Operates entirely on the user's local device.
• Does not modify content on any server or for any other user.
• Is provided as a user-experience enhancement at the user's discretion.
• May affect functionality or appearance of certain websites.

5. No Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, OWNERS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES OF CLEAN BROWSER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES ACCESSED THROUGH THE APPLICATION;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DEVICE OR DATA;
• ANY VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR HARMFUL CODE ENCOUNTERED THROUGH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES;
• ANY VIOLATION OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS COMMITTED BY USERS THROUGH THE APPLICATION.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clean Browser and its developers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Application, violation of these policies, violation of any third-party right, or any content you access through the Application.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy & Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
